Ingredients
  1. 1 can rinsed and drained chickpeas
  2. 2 cups white vinegar
  3. sea salt
  4. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Alright, let's make these chickpeas dance with flavour!
  2. First up, pop those chickpeas into a pot with some vinegar and a pinch of salt. Give them a quick boil, then let them chill in the warm vinegar spa for 40 minutes. Trust me, they'll love it!
  3. Now, heat your oven to 180°C.
  4. Time's up? Great! Drain your chickpeas, but don't throw away that tasty vinegar—keep it for your next chickpea party.
  5. Spread your chickpeas on a baking tray that's oven-friendly. Drizzle them with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle some salt on top (add a sprinkle of pepper, chili, or garlic powder if you fancy a twist).
  6. Pop them in the oven and let them party for 35-40 minutes.
  7. But don't forget to give them a little stir every 10 minutes—they want to be golden, not burnt.
  8. Once they look all toasty and ready, take them out and let them cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Now, you've got yourself some crunchy, golden chickpea snacks. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. An Airfryer can be used - remove the oven "step" - and place into the Airfryer for 15 to 20 minutes!
