For the Oreos
  1. 500 ml Flour
  2. 4 ml Salt
  3. 10 ml Baking Powder
  4. 500 ml Water
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 10 ml Lemon Juice
  7. 100 ml Additional Water
For the Ice Cream
  1. 600 ml Milk
  2. 600 ml Cream
  3. 2 Vanilla Pods
  4. 1 Pinch of salt
  5. 6 Eggs
  6. 360 g Caster Sugar
For the Oreos
  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Whisk the egg, water, oil and lemon juice together. Mix the wet and dry ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jug and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the additional water to the batter and mix until smooth.
  5. Wrap Oreos with pancake batter & fry in oil until crispy
For the Ice Cream
  1. Heat milk, cream, vanilla pod, seeds & salt in a saucepan
  2. Beat egg yolks and caster sugar
  3. Pour cream mixture into eggs, while beating
  4. Strain mixture & bring cook until back of spoon can be coated
  5. Pour into large bowl, cool & then churn
Notes
  1. Heat Nutella in a microwavable bowl and pour over Ice Cream to add the final touch!
